HABITS THAT HYPNOSIS CAN HELP RE-PROGRAM

According to the CDC (Center for Disease Control), smoking is the leading cause of preventable disease, disability and death in the US. Smoking has been linked to emphysema, cancer, accelerated aging and more. If that's not enough, recent polls of online daters show a strong and growing majority that prefers nonsmoking partners. The trajectory is clear...As we move forward into the 21st century, society is increasingly turning its back on smoking, ostracizing those who smoke and rewarding those who don't. If you want to be smoke-free but struggle, know that YES, it IS possible for you, and you don't have to do it alone. Hypnosis can finally make living a clean, clear, healthy life a reality for you.
Excessive drinking can not only destroy your heart, your brain and your entire body's natural ability to regulate and heal itself, but it can also cause you to make terrible, destructive decisions that hold you back, destroy your self-esteem and wreak havoc with your relationships. We can develop a dependency on alcohol for various reasons. If you are tired of letting alcohol run your body and life and want to take back control - whether that means abstinence or moderation - and are having a hard time managing it on your own, it's ok. Hypnosis can help you to bring things back into balance and back under your control.

We eat to nourish our bodies and provide energy for all our life adventures. However, sometimes food IS the adventure! There are often many other reasons we eat. Eating can be one of the greatest pleasures of our earthly lives, and many of our best and most vivid memories are associated with food. Many of our social customs are built around food and meals as well, and it's no surprise that food can leave its proper place as a way we enjoy life to becoming a way that life controls US. If you struggle to control your eating or manage your weight, you are certainly not alone. Hypnosis can help to heal wounds and gain control once and for all.

Fear is something I would add to the list of life's inevitabilities - yep, right next to taxes and death :-). Fear is primitive, ancestral programming that is designed to keep us alive so that we can get the maximum enjoyment out of our time on earth and live long enough to do all the things we want and reproduce if we so desire. Some fear is necessary. But when fear RUNS us, CONTROLS us, prevents us from going after what we really want and blocks us from living our lives to the fullest, it becomes a problem. Excess fear manifests in many problematic ways such as phobias and social anxiety. If fear is constricting you and getting in the way of living life the way you were meant to, it's ok. I personally understand. You don't have to face it on your own. Hypnosis can help.

No matter what you want to accomplish with your life - more money, a better career, more satisfying relationships - confidence is one of the most important skills that will get you there. We arrive on this earth with perfect, natural confidence in ourselves and our abilities. But as soon as we arrive and interact with people, our confidence in ourselves, our worth and our ability to get what we want either is reinforced, or, more commonly, is continually eroded, even by well-meaning people. In our society, often the sole difference that separates those that make it from those that don't is confidence and self-belief. If you doubt yourself or suffer from low self-belief or even low self-esteem, know that it's not uncommon. You can transform it and turn it around. Hypnosis is an effective tool to do just that!

Hypnotherapist Marisa Peer states that the mind is the greatest pharmacy there is. Your mind is actually the one responsible for all of your incredible sensations, from euphoria and ecstasy to pain and discomfort. Most people are now aware of the scientific discovery of the placebo effect which has proven that it is indeed possible to change bodily sensation and results through controlling conscious and unconscious thought. If you are dealing with ongoing pain and crave an effective, natural tool, know that hypnosis has proven to be an effective and natural method for the management of pain.

Life can be challenging. And make no mistake...this decade has gotten off to a rocky start. Numerous studies have found that stress in our society is on the rise, thanks in no small part to global events outside of our control that can affect our health, our financial stability and our emotional and mental wellbeing in ways that may never have been experienced before. Now more than ever, it's imperative that you manage your stress levels and take care of your greatest asset - your mind. Too much unmanaged stress can turn your mind into a self-destructive weapon, making things worse, not better. It's important that you keep it working FOR you, not against you. Hypnosis is a powerful tool to calm, control and empower your thoughts, your emotions and your life.

What did every human arrive with the ability to do perfectly and effortlessly? If you said "sleep," give yourself 1 million points! Sleep is one of the most underrated, disrespected parts of our health. Our modern culture brags about and praises those who "hustle" for 20-hour days and applauds those who declare they'll "sleep when I'm dead." But science is now understanding that sleep is an integral piece of our health and productivity, and that getting proper sleep actually increases our ability to earn, manifest, succeed and overall slay at life during our waking hours! Whatever you are working on in life - more money, more love, a better career, a life free of dependence on habits or substances, less anxiety, a younger and slimmer body or simply more peace in your life - ALL of it is supercharged through a healthy sleep schedule. Hypnosis is an incredibly powerful tool to do just that!
